1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Global Stray Society website, booking an expedition, or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book an expedition or participate in Global Stray Society trips. Minors may participate only with a parent or legal guardian’s consent.
3. Bookings & Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A deposit may be required to secure your reservation; the balance is due prior to departure, as specified at checkout.
- Payments are accepted via approved methods (e.g., PayPal, credit/debit card, or invoiced arrangements).
- Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing to [email protected].
- Refunds (if applicable) will follow the cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule expeditions due to safety, weather, political conditions, or insufficient enrollment. In such cases, you may be offered a refund or credit toward a future trip.
5. Participant Responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to participate in the expedition.
- You must comply with all local laws, customs, and safety instructions provided by Global Stray Society staff or guides.
- Travel documents, visas, vaccinations, and insurance coverage are the responsibility of each participant.
6. Assumption of Risk
Adventure travel carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, property damage, or unforeseen events. By booking, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept these risks. Global Stray Society is not liable for injury, loss, or damages arising from participation, except as required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (including text, images, logos, and media) is owned by Global Stray Society and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.

By opting in, you agree to receive email and/or SMS communications about expeditions, updates, and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in emails or by replying STOP to SMS messages. Message & data rates may apply.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Stray Society and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Virginia.
